Presentation upload

Kindly bring your presentation on a memory stick to the Registration desk, Keith Turnbull or Victoria rooms, at the latest during the break preceding the session for your lecture. A technician will be available to assist you.

  • Please note that to minimize disruption we do not allow the use of personal laptops for presentations, but if you must use your MacBook remember to bring your own adaptor
  • If you prefer that your results are not shared by attendees on social media, please clearly indicate so on your slides
  • At the end of the ASPS meeting, all presentations will be deleted

Poster teaser sessions

Approximately 10 speakers will give short, one-slide presentations of 90 seconds each to provide a snapshot of their work and/or poster. These will occur in succession with no questions.

We recommend the slide provides background information to the project and highlights a key finding of your work. This should not be an exact replica of your poster, rather it should entice people to come to your poster to learn more!

Poster teaser session presenters are asked to send their slide to k.johnson@latrobe.edu.au NO LATER than the 25th November.

Gender Policy

ASPS 2019 strives to achieve gender balance in all aspects of the conference. The committee endeavours to achieve this through balanced female and male representation on the organizing committees and as session chairs, as well as through invitations to high quality speakers of both genders.
